Passive IR Sensor
The Features of the Passive IR Sensor:
The Passive IR Sensor is compatible
with both MIDA and EMIDS systems.
Low power consumption.
Power Supplied from transmitter.
Operating temperature:
- 40 degrees to +65 degrees Centigrade.
Low-battery-detect
circuit shuts the unit down but will not cause a false alarm.
When the passive
IR sensor detects an object, the green LED will come on for
approximately 1 second.
Applications include:
Home / Industrial
automation.
Alarm / Security
systems.
Power Consumption:
The passive IR sensor's worst-case current consumption
occurs when it is in alarm mode, and is under 2 ma. Normal passive
IR sensor operation requires less than .01 ma.
